broken souvenier when we got home

when we unpacked from our trip to WDW, we noticed that a small glass pluto figurine broke--one of his legs broke off. do you think disney would send me another, or am i out of luck since in really did break in transit?

Check your recepit, there should be a number for WDW merch. Just tell them what happened and see what they will do.

They did replace a pin that I bought one year. It broke on my way home. I got a new one no questions asked.

I had a similar situation with a Figment figurine that lost a wing. I called WDW merch. and was told (very politely) that they couldn't help me. So I jsut superglued him back together. It may just depend on the CM you get as to whether or not they'll replace it for you.

thanks for the info, i think i will try to call them but dont have high hopes. it was only like $8 anyway, maybe we can superglue it.
