my niece just broke her hand and is so upset that she may not be able to ride FOP Anyone have any first hand knowledge of the ride that would prevent her from riding? She is so upset since this was on her must do list. She should be down to a brace not a full cast by the time we go

She will be fine you don't have to hold on to anything you are securely locked in.

Rode FoP 3x last week. First time, held onto the bars. 2nd time, put both hands up in the air during a dive sequence. 3rd time, I had one hand on the bar and the other with my fist in the air for about 50% of the time (this gave me the best sensation/balance of control and still experience free flight).

I think she'll be more than fine.

Arms don't have to do with the security restraints locking in so I can't think of a reason she'd have a problem.

She doesn't have to hold on, but the jarring may be painful. I broke my arm not too long ago, and there's no way I would have been able to ride FOP without being in agonizing pain after.
