Broken Cruise Pin

Just unpacked from the pin cruise and I noticed one of my Chip and Dale LE's is missing the chain. The pin is still in its sealed bag, so I must've bought it that way. Does anyone know who I can call to possibly arrange a replacement?

Stacey, I would try and contact DCL guest services. They should be able to help you out. I know that extras are made to allow for broken pins.

Got in touch with DCL guest services who switched me to WDW merchandising, to make a long story short, I am to send the broken pin to a superviosor there, who will in turn send me a replacement pin.

This is good to know because Goofy's moveable arm fell off the Magic dangle I bought. I'll have to try to get a replacement, too.
