Just spoke to Broadway Travel as my tickets for flights Saturday have not arrived!
Usual bluff/bluster and lies! "been sent two days ago", ""have not been sent by airline", "they were posted wednesday" was some of it.
Wife stayed in all morning from work, still not arrived.
I went ballistic! Now being sent recorded delivery to work.
How can they send another set? By my calculations they have already sent two sets if they aren't lying!
Does anybody know the legal stance regarding tickets? I am still fuming about this company and not getting my tickets.
