What in the world are 'digestives' and 'flapjacks'?
If someone could post a pic or translate to Am.English,I'd really appreciate it.

I'm watching BBCAmerica 'You are what you eat', and I have no idea what they're talking about sometimes.

PS : Are your crisps potato flavored? Are they called potato crisps like they are in the US,except it's potato chips?

I'm not british but I think digestives are your digestive system organs and flapjacks are pancakes. And crisps are potato chips.

IDK,all they said was 'chocolate digestives'.

hey i am english we call them biscuits but we do get digestives biscuits. flapjacks are the same no diff word and chips are u fries 4 us and crisps are u potatoe chips 4 u

i hope that makes sense.

Like i've mentioned on the Random Thread. Our biscuits are different to american biscuits.

You dunk them in Tea sometimes :-D

i've never used the term potato crisps... they're like potato chips in America and are also flavoured like salted, cheese & onion, salt & vinegar, roast chicken, etc.

anything else?

yes roast chicken

I've never heard of that. Our flavors are, regular, salt and vinegar, sour cream and onion, barbeque, cheddar and onion (I think).

Sorry if I came off as rude.

we have so many flavours... they keep making new ones like baked bean, tomato ketchup, beef & onion, etc.

Not.....really. :D

The grammar was difficult to interpret.

When I went to England, I saw a lot like those... it was really cool :]

I'm Irish but Flapjacks are pancakes and digestives are biscuits and crisps are chips.

In America, biscuits are more of a sweet bread I think... I had some at Trails End. Our biscuits are like cookies or crackers. Some are sweet, some are plain.

I always thought flapjack were those blocks of oats and syrup. I made some a couple of months ago.

Never knew they could also be pancakes as well...

I knew about the flapjack thing, but not about the digestives.
That's really neat.

Oh, and we also have Dill Pickle flavored chips.
