Has anyone received theirs yet? I ordered it on Amazon at the beginning of October. The estimated delivery date was 1st November, but i still haven't received it Has anyone bought it in the shops? If so I think I will cancel my Amazon order, but to be honest, as I haven't received it yet, I am guessing it is not available anywhere!

Hi there Claddagh. There was a hold-up at the printer's last month, hence the publication date has been pushed back to the end of November, I'm afraid. I think Amazon have up-dated their dates from Nov 1 to Nov 30.

This is on my xmas list and DF has said there was a problem with delivery on one of my gifts (which I guessed was this book) but he did say it was due out before xmas.

I too am waiting for this, have been visiting WHS but no luck yet.
I think the planning can wait now untill xmas is over and then start hopefully the book will be here by then.
