Britney vs Christina

many ppl have different opinions on who is moe of a diva britney or christina.....i was just curious so sounds off your opinions...
in my opinion...they're both ok....but i think christina has deeper lyrics and an amazing voice..that girl can really hit those high notes! she doesn't care what ppl think about her...she does her own thing...while i think britney does her own thing but is moe int une with what's happening around her....

I think Britney tries too hard to be like Madonna - while Madonna is an original, Britney actually isn't. Christina is alot different then Britney, and is wayy more talented and at leats she sings.

First of all, you can't say "Christina have deeper lyrics". She doesn't even write her own lyrics.

Regardless:

Britney: She doesn't have a good voice, she doesn't have a good singing technique. However, I like the songs she performed. I just wish somebody else perform those songs.

Christina: She has great voice, great singing technique. However, I can't stand her song selection.

Hmmm, you may want to check your facts. Christina does indeed write or co-write the majority of her lyrics.

She also co-wrote "Miss Independent".

Yes, I did indeed checked my fact through songwriters associations both in the US and Canada.

Having a co-writing credit does not equal to actually writing the piece. Mostly have things to do with studio politics.

Believe me, I've experienced the above mentioned many times in my 15 years of studio experience.

OMG I just have to say this. The other day,I was flipping through the channels when i came across Britney's MTV special (the one where she went around to the clubs and performed - I forget what it was called). You could totally tell that she was lip-synching because, if you looked closely, the mic wasn't even near her mouth! It was up against her cheek!

Although Britney DOES lip-sync, mic-on-the-cheek does NOT equals proof that she is lip-sync-ing.

FYI, there are in-ear microphones as well. Yes, in-ear. You wear it as if you're wearing earphones.

Also a microphone company in Japan have recently perfected surface microphone where you can stick the microphone on your wrist (like a band-aid). It picks up your voice by the vibration of your skeletal structure. It will be used for cellular phone applications.

oh yeah i saw that britney special. I was watching her on TV the other day and she addressed the whole thing about not sining live..and she said that she does in fact get back up help from the track but that she does sing live..(that sounds like a fake to me). I mean she does seem like a nice person, but looks can be decieving....well i don't know i don't personally know them so i can't really say..

BTW, did anyone realize that unlike most other singers, Britney never had a back-up band? She's had back-up singers, but not a band.
