I was really impressed with her. She certainly has a talent which I hope the LTA can nurture. Billie Jean King reckons she is the real deal, which is a fine compliment

Call me a cynic, but can an Australian born, singapore raised girl with an Australian, Shell executive Dad and an Australian, ex-pro basketball playing Mam, be considered British? In any other sport she would retain the nationality of her parents or her birth, not her current residence.
