She should be able to make this, it's one of my favorite British Dishes. My kids love the name,,lol. This is just one variation on the dish,, basically what I do is get a large cassarole baking dish, and place the sausages on it, and cook them. Don't drain the fat tho, it's what cooks the pudding part. Once the sausages are done, pour in the batter from the recipe, and let it bake with the sausages a bit longer. Serve with a nice onion gravy and mash potatoes. It's yummm.

The finished product is baked sausages, with a crispy and chewy batter around them, smothered in an onion or plain brown gravy. I usually use Bisto gravy, which is quite easy too,, but any gravy mix should work.
