Hi Andrew! Lara wondered what happened; she's emailed Alice a few times and didn't hear from her. (Although my DH accidentally lost Lara's mailboxwhen he was switching computers so some messages received may very likely have been lost in the transition! Actually, he forgot that she HAD one of her own! )

We'll send another e-mail off later this week so the girls can e-mail again before the cruise.

Sorry its my fault, I put a new internet securty system on my computer and it crashed and I lost everything, I could remember my contacts but not Alices, and due to the disboard upgrade old PM's were lost as well.

Thanks - she did!!! She's got one to send back, but she's been very, very busy lately (dance showcase, swim lessons in addition to "regular" busy schedule ) and hasn't found time to sit down and write it yet. Hopefully later this week!

Seriously we have my backpack & a small bag -- with extra cruise stuff in it - even did a trial run on the outfits for dinner (so we would know what else to pick up).

Actually packing won't start til August though

Absolutely no reason to apologize to me Some people are just not my type of people and we'll have to live with that. We all live together, sometimes not in harmony, but we do have to live together.

Did I mention I'm going on a cruise in 65 days? (ok, the cruise is in 67, but who's counting )

I've got a lot of free drinks coming so what do I care This too will pass

Dan, do you think I should add the banner picture at the port of LA to my signature? You did say I was cute there (that's what I look like with less than 3 hours of sleep!)

Packing for our WDW trip (we leave in a couple hours for the airport) is my trial run for August. Of course it will be quite different with the types of clothes being packed. But, I eliminated 1 suitcase for this trip, so I think that is pretty good. I always overpack!

Well, my plans for going to the beach today got rained out. Actually there entire week is a rain out. I suppose that means I can start moving the winter clothes to the basement and move the summer clothes to the bedroom closet. THen I can start looking at the "formal" wear and see what fits and start the packing list. I actually started packing a long time ago, I have a few things in the bag, but I won't get serious untill the beginning of August.

The weather here on the east coast is just like Florida -- 95 to 96 degrees today (with a heat index of 105). Thank god we have our own pool -- (temp there is 81 & climbing). We have used our pool more this year that we did all of last year !!!!

On a positive note -- this is training for the cruise - esp. the day we go throught the canal

Yup....here in Tappan across the river it feels like a sweat box.....at least today there is a breeze....but a hot one!! We have a pool and I don't even feel like going out in the yard to get to it....

On the packing note...everytime I come across something that I think I will need for the repo cruise I drop it in a box in my bedroom....when my son goes to Arizona for school in the beginning of August I am taking over his bedroom as the packing room!!!

But I also have to start packing because we are taking another cruise that leaves at the end of the month for a family reunion....8 nights to the Caribbean out of NYC!!!
