I'm finishing up everything - we fly out tomorrow. Does anyone have handy that phone number to reach the ship in case of emergency? With all the animals my sister is taking care of - she might need to reach us if there is a "problem" vet wise. We'll keep in contact via email too, but she wants a number just in case. aw:

Allan has officially finished work and we are all spending the day tomorrow doing all the necessary things - empying bins, clearing the fridge, taking the cats to the cattery, manicures and pedicures, leaving keys with neighbours, etc., etc. So much excitement in our household now.

Oh boy!!! What coulour polish is Allan going with? Now we know just how secure he is in his manhood!

Actually, I would love if DH would get a mani and ped. I think he would enjoy the hand massage and his heet would feel a lot better too.

I would like to leave now, but after packing all my 19 days worth of stuff into my one bag, I have decided that it will be better to split it up, mainly becasue I need room for any souveniers I happen to get. Right now I have ZERO extra room! I will get that done tomorrow and will feel much better!

I think we are the last to leave, Fri nite 8:30 from JFK, So I think I will be lonely Fri. with no posts to read.

There are several of us flying in on Saturday morning...I will be too excited to sleep on Friday, so I'll keep you company!

Hey Deb - Back from Sacramento, wow did we luck out on the weather Friday was as hot as I expected it to be but it cooled down and cloud cover for the wedding on Saturday and the boys slow floated the American River yesterday and the weather was perfect again.

What time do you fly out on Satuday? I still may have you all beat as being the last to leave since we are driving and are only an hour or so away

There will be a few of us line. We fly out out Saturday a 7:30. Because we are flying SW we can not print our boarding passes until 12:01. The van picks us up at 5:30 so why bother going to bed. Besides - who can sleep?We are just a little too excited.

We won't be flying out till 7:50 AM on Saturday - have to get to IAH by 6:30 AM to get DH & wheelchair/power scooter taken care of!

The I pod and the phone are charging. All the e-mails have been answered (Marsha and Jane look for some communications from me ) The planners and plotters and lists are all printed and in the bag.

Since Air Tran changed the rules I'm up to three BIG cases. Nothing else goes in (as if anything could fit)

Anyone wants to find me, look to the HOJO's pool around midnight Wednedsay, when I'm opening the first bottle of wine and declaring the vacation started

Hey Michelle,

The weather is still great. My kids actually went swimming today and told me it was too cold I'm glad it wasn't over 105! My kids have never floated down the American River... we'll have to do that this next coming summer!

We fly out at 8:30...hoping to get to the port by 10:30. I guess it'll be our turn to be in your neck of the woods
