Hi all! Can anyone tell me if you are allowed to bring in your own food (snacks, soda, and such) into the parks? I know soft sided coolers are allowed in. TIA :sunny:

Yes, you can bring in food. We have always taken in drinks and snacks. Last year I had a small soft cooler for my DD's snacks and drinks. I don't think glass containers are allowed though. I overheard a person being told this last year.

Absolutely! This is a must for us. We pack fruit snacks, crackers, uncrustables (since my son is not an adventurous eater) and Capri Sun Juice bags. (One good idea is to put a frozen juice bag in there that way it keeps your other drinks cold, then when it thaws out you have another drink. This way you do not have to worry about taking up cooler space with an ice pack!)

DH and I always bring a bottle of water with us. There are ample water fountains throughout the parks to refill your bottles during your park visit.

I think we refilled our 20 oz. bottles maybe 10 - 12 times each on a recent Sunday in Epcot.

Some people bring Crystal lite or other powdered beverage to flavor the water. When your hot, anything cold tastes great. I didn't mind their water one bit!

We also bring gum, candy, and other small snacks, like maybe baggies of raisins/peanuts/M&M's.

Madison :)
I remeber reading somewhere that those bottles are not designed to be refilled over and over again. I have one of those nalgene bottles that you can get at a camping store and take that with me these are meant to be refilled again and again just my two cents :dance3:
