Thank you for adding us onto the list.

I am sure my dd's would love the ice cream social - can all the details be confirmed somewhere -summarized so that it is easy to see once the cruise gets closer. I am afraid that with being away until the beginning of August I am going to be so far behind on these boards that we will be on the cruise and I will still be reading the posts trying to figure out what is going on

I called DCL today. Still no room assignmentfor us. The lady who I spoke with said that there were only 13 Category 12's onboard. I suppose that may mean upgrades for some. Wishing for some

Hi. I ordered 3 lanyards. My DD said she probably won't even wear hers so you can have it and send us 2. If you need 2, just send us one. My mom probably won't wear it either.

Dif subject: Aren't DizneyDAnn and DisneyAuntieX11 with the same 'family' group? When reading through the posts, why am I thinking they each ordered lanyards for their group? Maybe I read it wrong, but it seemed that way? Or am I having a blond moment, lol?

I bought some for us. It's a surprise and I can't WAIT until the boys get them! I also bought a canvas bag. I chose the plain-jane white with the Ship of Fools. I didn't get the Part Duex one.

Yep! DisneyAnn&Dan is my sister. I ordered the Lanyards. There is a total of 9 of us but my DF & DBIL wouldn't wear them.

Don't worry about the extra lanyard thing. I'm not in the least upset or disappointed. I'll bring an old lanyard for my youngest so he doesn't feel left out. He will only wear for half a day probably anyway.

I ordered 3 t-shirts and a bag. All are great. I did the basisc design with no part deux or again! The t-shirts are a nice quality. ordered a 2x for husband and it was huge!!!. I ordered the bag that can zipper with green trim. also bought some hats. hats are mesh not fabric. nice for warm weather.

Between you and Nancy doesn't that cover 100 of them? Next time the two of you should book together and get the group rate. Seriously.

Not for the faint of heart...I started dragging stuff out today...just to check and see what I still needed to get... ...it would seem more luggage for a starter... ...dining room is a mess.

About the ADA rooms...the reason they book full on the popular cruises is some people that don't need them book them for the space thinking Disney will bump them if needed. I found out from someone that works at DCL that this is not true since ADA does not require you divulge the nature of your disability and DCL cannot ask.

Has anyone thought of doing a tee for the girls meet? Just curious since little girls seem to like "clubs" and socials.

we have an ice cream social set up for monday 8/20 at 11am, for the girls!

about the ada rooms--i was told that they don't fill them until X number of days before the sailing(unless you have a medical form)--then they offer them to any passenger, but you can get bumped if someone requests (and has a medical form) for an ada room.
--we were waitlisted for a cat3--shortly before x-mas (approximatley 8- 9 months prior to sailing) they offered us an ADA room. then another cat 3 became available(just prior to final payment) and they switched us to that room--they said that's just how they do it--filling ada rooms last. i asked for our ada room back --it was still not filled--so, we got it back--i like the idea of being in the way back of the boat--(hopefully less hallway traffic, and close to soda)

just found some left over LAUNDRY TABS (think they have been discontinued for some time but i found them in a cabinet in my laundry room!)

now, to figure out how many quarters to bring. . .they way my kids are (including the big one--DH)--i'll probably do a least 6 loads while on board! WOMAN"S WORK NEVER ENDS!

Hi all -
I have had no time to post - all I really want to do is get ready for this cruise - but darn if LIFE isn't intruding!!!!

But, to those who are interested - I am gong to fax the list of names w/ressie # on Monday - 7/2 to DCL. They won't have an anwser until 30 days out - but other groups are also requesting the private room for the sea days and I want us to have at least a chance of getting booked.
(I already sent in a request - but need to add the precise names & ressies for each guest.)
As it stands now there are 12 confirmed (DEANNA - As soon as I get your ressie #!!!!!) There is room for 2 more if anyone is interested.
