I just got a call from home saying my Med Cruise paperwork from DCL has arrived   Do you think it is wrong that I want to leave early. Is there a 12 step program for Disney Cruise Addiction?:lmao:

Will do ... and while I'm posting :goodvibes

TGIF - one week closer :cool1:

I didn't get any 'paperwork' :confused3

And I apologize for enabling you in your addictive behavior :yay:

No need to apoligize, although DH may not feel that way:rotfl2:

The packet is nice and I hope you guys get yours soon, if not I will share with you.

i got the "packet" a couple weeks ago--i didn't think it was very informative. . .can anyone decipher how many formal nights--is it 2 formals and 1 semiformal? i'm confused :confused3

Hi everyone!

We are on this cruise. Enjoyed the first time bring the Magic home - we had to do it again

It seems so close now. Can't wait!

We are way to quite for people who are getting ready to make history.

Come on guys, lets get planning:thumbsup2

Last week we sailed on the Freedom of the Seas. We had a great time and there are many wonderful things about that ship but my DH and DD kept comparing it to the disney ships and after a week on Freedom, they prefer disney all the way!

My DH is the type of person who can't sit on a lounge chair for more that 5 minutes. Is anyone else concerned about there being enough activities for the 6 days on the Atlantic Ocean?

Also, in about a month we can book our excursions. Would love to hear what everyone is thinking of doing.

Also, Also, would love it if my DD could meet up with some other girls her age. Two weeks is a long time not to make friends. Could something be done to hook all the kids up?

thanks, ellen

Okay ...most of you may not know that I am a Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator and very very into the details of ole Captain Jack , so I thought I would share with you to the extreme details I just went thru today ...lol Guess I will be easy to spot on this cruise out fo costume ...

Okay , the deed is done ....Have been on the waiting list and the call came today ...So with alot of hesitation I drove down to my buddy who did my back and here is the result ...And yes I was very nervous because even though I have ALOT of Tattoo work none of it can be seen with shorts and a t shirt on ...So I was nervous about the fact this was my first one that is exposed ...

Folks on the first repo are reporting that there will be one formal night and two semi formal nights. We found on the last repo that the nights they do these aren't necessarily the reverse of the first, so I'm not sure when they'd be on our cruise.

Cap'n Jack - no turning back now! Looks good.

My hat's off to you for being so committed to it and no, I don't mean that I think you should be committed!

:cheer2: Three cheers for you and your courage!

I am nervous more for myself as DH enjoys the movies and TV.

I was hoping the same for my DGD. She will be 11. Maybe we can plan a small meet before the muster drill or even later that evening. We have early dining so we would have to take that into consideration as well that others may have late dining. Let me know what plans you would like to make.

You have some great ideas. I would love to do Seville as well, but the train is 4 hours round trip and the bus is 90 minutes each way. I am not sure if I want to spend so much time traveling. I would love to hear others thoughts on this.

Tenerife...I have been trying to set up a Dolphin and whale excursion, but they do not return my emails. I am not sure what to do as my DGD does not want to snorkel and the excursion DCL is offering is a snorkeling one. The park excursion sound a lot like sea world and I want her to experience that area and what it has to offer. I am open to suggestions. In fact I am hoping for some. I even went to cruise critics to see if they had any reports that mught give me ideas. No such luck there either. I have checked the Tenerife web sites as well. Help...anyone. Time is running out.
