Here is the post for the "Fish Extenders" Could you please check and see if it is right?


I have several lanyards that have not been claimed. If you ordered them and have changed your mind, please let me know. I want to be able to ship this out in time for folks to receive them for the cruise. I also have a growing waitlist and want those folks to get them in time if any are up for grabs.

Should I set a deadline and if so when? Looking for feedback.

I would set a deadline for the lanyards otherwise you wont get them shipped in time and you dont want to end up out of pocket.

Definately set a deadline. I would say the end of the week just to make sure you get them out and everything. Do you know who hasn't claimed theirs? You could try Pming them and see if that gets a response?

It appears to be around 11:30 or 12. We were hoping to be able to get on earlier, but that's the time most of the other Med cruisers have been able to board.

It might not be any earlier than this as they are going to have to swap over the drinks over in the bars. They are currently selling European beers and wines and I'm assuming they are swapping back for the TA like they did on the EB when they reached Barcelona. Although saying that some of this could be done in the early hours of the morning as they are overnighting in Barcelona so ignore me

I did re-send PM's in case folks did not get theirs, like you guys. Modern technology, it has its quirks as well.

I am not worried about the money. I want to make sure that everyone gets what they want. The foks on the waiting list would love to have them and there foks on the list waiting to see if they can get more.

I have had a couple cancellations and that has made one family very happy as they received those.

I guess if I do not hear from folks by Sunday, I will just start filing the wait list. So for you folks on the waitlist, check your PM's on Monday.

So far I have the following on the waitlist (this is off the top of my head as I am in a class today),

Well - to those hoping we can fax the request to DCL to reserve the pirvate room - Lindsay & Sarah came to the rescue. Although they are not interested in haviing brunch they offered to be included so that we can go forward.

Its getting far too close now - getting excited!

Anyone going to be in Barcelona before the cruise, and if so where are you staying?
Trying to decide where to stay for the night before the cruise and would appreciate recommendations.

Not sure, as I am in on the first one that already filled, but it does seem as though it should be possible to get enough interest for a second private brunch, particularly if the ladies were allowed to bring their spouses or whatever to make enough. When Chris checks this board, I am sure she will get back to everyone immediately, since I believe she needed to send in the fax tomorrow.

I've got a question - when are you flying back on 9/1 - it's Davids' B'day and I was hoping to have a mini-mini meet. My plane doesn't leave until 7pm so I'm going to rent a car. Just wondered what your plans are.

We have to get to the airport pretty early -- we have a 11:30 Jetblue flight to LGA on Sept. 1. So I am being picked up by a car service at 8 AM, not leaving much time for a meet on my part . . . sorry!
