Pirate Pictures--just count on it between the two dining times at around 7:30.I will schedule with the photographers on the boat. We meet in the atrium in front of Lumier's.


Men AND Ladies Disney Tie night--A Sea Day--I'd like to know if anyone has a Special Dining Events schedule (or knows how to get one) for the cruise. I know that Formal night is Aug 20th. Don't remember HOW I know this. Tie night should NOT be on Pirate night or Formal night. One of the semi-formal nights?????? That way the guys may be wearing ties anyway. But if the ladies would like to dress up for semi-formal, this may not be a good time. We will take pictures for this, too. Atrium again. Preferences: before early seating or between seatings???? Dressing shouldn't be tough--it's just a tie!

Extender contest--I'm thinking first sea day after leaving Barcelona. That way everyone should have them up, and gift givers can see the awards! I may be wandering the halls in the middle of the night to get it done.


Gifts--I know I will not be giving gifts to those who do not have extenders. I just plop gifts in extenders and don't search out room numbers It's great excercise that way, cuz you basically jog around the decks! Please put something up, even if it's just a Walmart bag with duck-tape

I am very excited about the little gifts for the extenders (now to figure out how to make one ) and actually bought everything yesterday. I have a question tho...are we assigned one day to deliver, do we do a couple gift exchanges or do we randomly pick any day to drop of our goodies?

Also, the pre cruise gift exchange list is nicely under way but we are looking for more people (adults and children)to participate. If you are interested please PM me with your name, age, m/f and address so I can match you up with a recipient for next week. I am looking forward to seeing my kids faces when they receive their gifts in the mail from a fellow diser. OHHH I admit it, I'm looking forward to my gift too!

Hey Pauline....

On the 11 night Southern Caribbean last September, I picked 1 deck per day to deliver my gifts to rooms with fish extenders. If they had no fish extender they didnt get a gift. This was good to do on sea days or late at night.

I am also working on getting a fish extender made for this cruise. The one I had for the last cruise was decorated to represent that cruise so it will not work for this cruise.

Theres no particular day to drop your pressies off thats all part of the fun. Its really exciting to just return to your room and find little surprises in your extender. Especially when sometimes I had only just been away from the room for a few minutes lol!!!

I did a pat down of my extender everytime I enter or left the room! It was so exciting when there was a "bump!" My little ones started running down the hall to see what was in the extender. We got lots of candy, which they thought was great! Some people did little gift bags for the children. Some people brought little things that represented where they lived. It was so cool. Some things were more extravagant than others, but we loved and ate or kept every little thing.

I am low budget on the extender gifts (unlike Brooklyn who bought huge candy bars and made special wrappers on her computer for all of us!), but anyway, I did get my presents today!!!! I like them and am so excited to deliver!
