I know. We're really excited about it! Spent the last 3 days on the boat telling everyone we were coming back!

OK so I've been on the dis boards for ages and I have never ever noticed the multiple quote options so appologies for all the seperate posts. I am really really excited today and missing being on the boat hence been on here most of the day! Still I think I've covered enough for now so going to get back to unpacking.

I am really getting excited about this trip and want to get some planning done. It is difficult when you do not have clear maps or have not been there before. So I am grateful for all those who are helping.

Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday.

I'm looking for luggage - are any of you familiar w/Heys Ultra Lightweight luggage? the hard case style???

DD & I went on a shopping spree yesterday - I hate to shop so hopefully got most of what I need for both this cruise & the EB Panama Canal 2008!!
We got "Crocs" for the first time - wow they really are comfy!

At Taraget we also got DGS a POTC outfit for pirates nite (for him it will the EB PC 2008) - lots of POC merchadising - lots of kids stuff!

Sorry for being MIA for so long - but as many of you know - we had a family sorrow recently... between having to fly to Seattle to make arrangements, plus shipping stuff to the East Coast (with more to send) .. life has been too hectic to keep up with both boards.

I've updated the list of cruisers - anybody I missed - please forgive me and pm me.

A lot of planning has been going - with private bike tours, flaminco tours, segway, brunch (private room being reserved) t-shirts,pins (incl. a breast cancer one with a donation to the Susan B Koman foundation) & private wine, rum, tequilla, beer & martini tasting but not always on both boards. I do apologize for that -but as Val said - many of the people that used to post can't post here anymore.

We do have a group on the Eurorail - for the 8/17 to 8/18 train from Paris to Barcelona - and have 22 people booked for it.

Hey - there is a group on the train from Paris to Barcelona !!!! - I just booked a compartment - so - now its 23 people booked!!!!!

Are you there now? I am very interested in finding out more about the area. We have decided to do a taxi tour of the rock, but I would like to experience more if time allows.

No,we live in Spain,about 25-30 mins away,but im normally in Gib 1or 2 times each week,(( we are there in august,it will be so HOT.
Its a 20 min walk into town,no shade,so better getting the shuttle($2 each way)

Happy feet, thanks for the info. Maybe it will be best if we take the tour taxi from the port and do it early in the morning before it gets hot.

From what I remember they were there litterally as soon as all ashore was announced!
