Bringing first timers...which resort would you choose?

If you're definitely booking a studio, with three adult women I'd pick the Poly because of the two bathrooms. Two showers might come in handy.

Good point. Not sure I will be able to get POLY at the 7 month.

My first WDW visit we were at OKW. LOVED it. I vote OKW.

I like SSR so you can spend evenings in Disney Springs. But, since transportation is pretty easy to get around, maybe go over all the options and see what they all prefer
