On our trip my DH and myself are bringing our camcorder. Was just wondering what things do NOT allow video taping.

Generally the insides of rides and attractions do not allow camera lights and camera flashes.

If you go on a Disney tour behind the scenes, the tour guide will announce times you may take pictures or movies, otherwise you may not.

You can actually tape most rides, as long as you don't use an external light or viewfinder. There are a few that they do not allow you to tape at all. The only one I can think of off of the top of my head is Stitch, but I know that there are a few others. I am taking my camcorder with me in 19 days and can't wait to tape everything, and my kids will love to watch it over and over again when we get home.
