Bring-your-own-breakfast ideas?

We're going to Disney World in a couple of days and we'll be on the dining plan, so we've got lunch and dinner covered. However, I'm pregnant and absolutely cannot go from dinner the night before all the way until lunch the next day without something to eat. Heck, making it from lunch to dinner without eating something is a stretch. We get a snack credit a day, but I really need something to fill in the gaps and want to avoid paying OOP if I can.

I'm currently planning on making a batch of kitchen sink cookies and/or trail mix breakfast cookies to pop here and there, but I'm afraid I'm going to get tired of them after a couple of days.

Does anyone have any ideas for other things, especially breakfast-y type things? I'd prefer stuff that's easy to hold (ex: trail mix cookies, rather than trail mix) and something that I can just grab on our way out of the room, rather than having to cook or prepare on property. I feel like this should be easy to figure out, but my mind keeps coming up blank. :confused3

Peanutbutter on bread which is actually my breakfast of choice for my upcoming vacation on days when I won't have ADRs. We travel a lot over the summer for Basketball and I saved my extra pb singles to take with me on my upcoming trip. Other than that a bananna and a carton of milk works for me as well and can be purchased the evening before and put in the fridge if you have one.
