Bring baby? Leave baby at home?

I've done both- brought the baby with the older sibling and brought the baby and the older sibling. I've also left all three at home and gone with just DH and I. I enjoyed our trips with the baby, but it did change the dynamic with the older child. We enjoyed being able to do things with our older girls without the baby there. The big girls were the focus, while the 8 month old was Grandma's focus.

Whatever you do, don't feel guilty. Go with your gut, and enjoy your trip!

We have taken both of our boys and will be going in April again. DS#1 will be 6 and sparky will be 18 months. Take the baby they are a breeze at Disney and can go on most rides

I'd leave the baby with Grandma. As long as you can cope with the loneliness factor, imo you will have an easier (and possibly more fun) time. Especially since Grandma has expressed an interest in staying home with the baby.
