I haven't seen it, but if they follow the book, one of the characters dies. Not a happy story.

Just got home from taking Mom and DS-11 and DD-9. Let me just say the theatre was packed with little ones and near the end it was dead silence for the remainder of the movie and I mean silence. I was crying, my mother was crying---the newspaper said you needed a hankee, I thought they meant happy hankee! I saw a lot of 2 yo and up and they were fine, but you know your child.
