Bridemaid Bouquet Size

Has anyone used the bridesmaid size as their bridal bouquet versus the regular size?

I ask because I am very petite and also on a tight budget and am considering using this size, however I'm not exactly sure how big it will end up being.

Does anyone have any examples of their bouquets they can post here, particularly in the bridesmaid size?

I'm at work right now, but I wanted to respond to let you know that I saw this post! I opted for a bridesmaid sized as well for my September 2014 wedding. It was for several reasons, one being money

When I get home I'll post some pictures of the bridesmaid sized bouquet, but I can tell you you'll be fine with that size. Several brides opt for that size bouquet and I think it looks nice. What kind of floral were you looking at having for your bouquet?

I only had one bridesmaid at my wedding ( my sister) and instead of paying for an extra bouquet, I was allowed to make my bouquet smaller and also have a small one for my sister as well ( for the price of one). Now this was years ago so I don't know if they still have that option. I didn't think my bouquet was small by any means, and neither was hers. There is a pic of my flowers in the signature link. I will see if I can find a pic of my sisters. Hers were just a tad smaller version of mine and all light pink.

Perhaps the bride could have a smaller bouquet and the bridesmaid(s) a single long stemmed rose.
