Bride & Groom Mouse Ears..

I'm looking for bride & groom mouse ears.. similar to the ones on the just engaged buttons.. to make into our 'monogram' ;D. Need names David & Jenifer on it. & one with just D J & an O in the middle for our last name ( ah well my future last name! ). Would GREATLY appreciate it & would credit you fully.

Those are the buttons.. I don't know if you can clearly see them? I can take a better picture once I get home from work. =]
