Bridal Shower

Hi Ladies,

I'm having my first bridal shower on Saturday and I'm a little nervous. What should I be saying? I assume I'll have to respond to everyone's generosity?

Any advice would be great!

Honestly I totally agree - relax and enjoy yourself! Be gracious, but don't go overboard - that's what Thank You notes are for! These are your friends and family members I'm guessing and they're used to you. You don't need to go overboard! Have an excellent time!

just be yourself. you could get up and say a small speech like thank you all for being here to celebrate mine and DFs future. it is appreciated. that is what all my friend's have done and what i will do at mine. just make sure that you have one of your BMs write down each gift so when you write out your thank yous you can reference the gift from that individual person. people like that and feel appreciated. hope this helps!
