Brian Bedord Voice of Disney's Robin Hood passes away

Brian Bedford passed away today after a lengthy illness. Disney fans will remember him as the voice of Robin Hood in the 1973 film. Great actor who had numerous roles at the Stratford Festival in Ontario and on Broadway.

Not directly related to Disney, but he also played Mr. Fezziwig in Alan Menken's A Christmas Carol opposite Kelsey Grammer.

He was an actor here at Stratford Shakespeare theatre for a long time. A great actor who will be missed

What a shame. He truly made Robin Hood one of the most memorable characters of that particular era. Rest in peace.

A wonderful actor, particularly on the stage. I remember seeing Robin Hood when a very small girl and being very impressed with Robin the Fox! He also made a marvellous Lady Bracknell in a recent production of The Importance of Being Earnest.

I wonder if there might be an "In Memoriam" during the credits of Zootopia since Robin Hood helped with the inspiration of Zootopia according to Byron Howard.
