I know the info for 2005 Food and Wine Festival won't be out till later in the year. But as it's cold and snowy right now, I thought I'd see if anyone has info about the Brewer's Dinners. :drinking1

I've found the descriptions on various websites, but was looking for first-hand details. Are they offered every year? How was it? If anyone has been, I'd appreciate some details. I'm planning on going to WDW during the F&W this year and thought this sounded more like my thing than the wine! ;)

TIA,

They have been offered the past two years. The first year they were all international beers at the Rose & Crown. Last year they included two dinners - American beers presented by Sam Adams at the American Pavilion lounge, and international beers at the Rose & Crown. These were presented on alternating Wednesdays during the festival.

The Rose & Crown in 2003 was several courses served at the table in order accompanied by a specific beer.

The American beer dinner in 2004 was a grazing type of setup with a lot of dishes to taste and a number of beers (all Sam Adams). You could go around and pick up as little or as much of each as you wanted. Suggestions were made as to which beer was recommended with each dish, but you could mix and match as you wished. The chef and someone from the brewery were on hand to talk about the dishes and the beers.
