Hi guys
Sorry i have another question about the application for our marriage license by mail.....
I understand you have a 60 day expiry date on the license but am i correct in thinking the following:
- You fill in the initial paperwork for the license and send to B.C
- Brevard County then send out an application to marry
- This is to be signed by a Notary and returned to B.C
- Once they receive this payment is taken and the 60 day countdown starts??
- They send back your application which is to be signed on the wedding day
- You send back and they return wedding certificate
So am i right thinking that until you have had the document notarised and have sent it back with payment thats when the 60 days begins?
I am eager to complete the initial paperwork so that we can arrange a notary appointment within the next couple of weeks, but i dont want to do this if the 60 days starts straight away and i have to apply all over again
Hope that makes sense!
Thanks all
