I have a 2 BR/2 BA Breezy Point (White Birch division) located in Brainerd, Minnesota for December 9-16, 2005, available.
Here's some ammenities included in this resort: It features snowmobiling as well as an ice skating rink (across the street) and a skiing hill that is not too far away. The pools (there are 3) are INDOOR pools, and it has a workout facility, a tanning salon and a small waterslide in the clubhouse. If you are looking for a perfect family reunion, THIS IS IT! I have two units in side-by-side configuration available, but talk to me SOON. I am considering all offers, but this week is equal to 272 DVC points per unit.
