Just got off the phone with costco/walt dieny travel. I have no idea which I ended up with because the phone looped me around SOOO many times! Anyway, I decided to go ahead and price our upgrade to concierge. Mind you I have made no less than 7-8 phone calls planning this trip. It is my BIG IMPORTANT one!! I was told several times that I could upgrade later to concierge, in fact it was recommended to me to wait to pay off my total until "maybe" specials" came out on late August and September....and my entire package would be cheaper and concierge at that point would be as well. Apperantly they were wrong!!! I cannot upgrade now or when I get there due to Costco not having a contract for concierge. NOT ONE word of this in any phone call I have made to make payments or to ask questions. I would not have booked thru Costco...not a huge deal for me one way or the orther. Just a complete pain being misinformed OVER and OVER! My option is to rebook they can do a refund.....and it may take 2 billing cycles to credit my account! UMMM paid with my debit card in April!. I don't really want to wait 2 cycles and pay out more!! I am sooo discourages with WDT right now! With the mess with ticket prices in June, and all of this I am soo tempted just to say forget it and cancel! It breaks my heart that this is something that it usually a high point for me to arrange and plan!!
