Breaking News: Shots Fired on Planes Jetway

by an airmarshall in miami on a flight to orlando that apparently originated from Colombia. Lock down on at the airport. Watching it on CNN right now no clue what's really going on.

ETA: They said it happened on the jetway not the plane as originally reported and the passenger apparently said he had a bomb and took off running w/ air marshalls in pursuit when he reached into the bag the marshall fired their weapon.

All I have heard is that he was injured not killed.

MSNBC is reporting that he was killed and say that multiple law enforcement agencies are confirming this.

I didn't think those air marshalls were real...kind of creepy!! I wonder if the guy really had a bomb?? Sounds like a looney. Must be a shock for his wife.

I imagine that would be pretty expensive, plus there are TONS of flights.

Maybe the guy was a drug mule...I mean the plane WAS coming from Colombia. I watched a movie on it last year...crazy how some of them smuggle them in.

They say that there are not but then again they won't say the percentage so there is a chance they are and a chance they aren't.
