Just to add to the Canadian thread...I got my PIN code tonight!!! :cool1: :cool1: Good luck to all and I hope more fellow Canadians get their PIN codes too!

I got the email pin code too! I used one that we got earlier in the year for our trip to Boardwalk Villas last month. Doubt I'll be using this one but it's still nice to get ;)

I have been on every single email list, saved vacations in my profile - in fact I even have 3 profiles under different emails, trying to increase my chances.
I am going to call tomorrow and see if I have one attached to my name.
 
My family went to the World in August, and it was booked under my name, and my email address.

Oddly enough, my mother (who came with us) and my SO both got email pin codes tonight. I didn't.
 
I received a code too and we are booked for one of those dates. But we are staying at POR. Does that mean we can not use the code for a moderate? Should I phone our agent at CAA? Thanks!

You should most definitely call to see if your code can be used for moderates. I saw a little disclaimer at the bottom in small print saying to call to see what mod and deluxe packages are offered with the code. And when you do call, please report back and let us know if it's good for hotels other than the values! Thanks!

Yes you should phone. I used the previous code I received for a deluxe villa (1 bedroom) but originally priced out Coronado Springs with it. I wasn't sure I could use it for anything else either but the agent at wdw travel checked and there were a number of different locations I could have used it at. Subject to availability of course ;) Couldn't apply it to a suite at the value or moderates tho, just a regular room:confused3

Nope, doesn't matter how you booked your past vacations. :)
 
I called and there was no code attached to my name, so I tossed my daughter's name at him and she said "Oh....whats her postal code". I gave him the postal code, and he said ...no thats not the right one...

Here is the thing - my daughter has a name that isn't super common - she isn't 'Ashley Smith'. If you google her name, you get very few things back, and usually its all about her that comes up. So I KNOW this code must be for her as he said this person was in Canada, not the US. She did go to Disney with her Dad and his GF back about 3 years ago, and I am thinking she has a pin code attached with HIS postal code (but I have to find out it is).
I am going to call back later and just ask if there is a pin under that name and try again, with a different CM.

So if you call to check, and have moved at all, be aware they will want your postal code, so check under any old postal codes too.
 
I was so excited to get the code in my email yesterday...now we're trying to figure out the best time to go...I'm also still trying to convince dh that this is a great idea!
 
Whoo hoo.... just got my very first pin ever. After reading how everyone else got a pin I decided to check my email and low and behold there was an email waiting for me. I'm so excited. We leave for Disney in 22 days
 
I'm going crazy!!! I'm genuinely happy for all of you for receiving pin codes, but I've got nothing as of now. I did receive one 2yrs ago, so I know they have my email address. Dh said he would consider going but ONLY if we receive a code. Ahhh! :surfweb:
 
So, I contacted CAA and my agent isn't in until Monday. I called WDW myself and waited on hold for 56 minutes and then was cut off:mad: I'm just going to wait until Monday. I will keep you posted!
