I don't mind light rye and I don't mind pumpernickel bread. But the dark rye bread that DH buys for himself is usually rock hard after 2 days and tastes real 'organic'....as in earthy.

I've had other dark rye break loaves.....nice and deep flavours....why can't he buy those instead?

Just making my 'snacks' to take with me today. In the oven now....one more batch to go.

What is the snack?

Thai style tuna puffs. Tin tuna, Kaffir Lime, String Beans, Onion, Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Lime Juice, Salt and Pepper. A little bit of cooking and everything mixed together. Place in puff pastry (to make snack size packets), coat top of the puff pastry with beaten egg, 20 minutes in the oven and out they come.

I have pictures...it's gonna go on the What's For Dinner thread at some stage.

Gotta run and start getting dressed.

Restocking isnt the worst issue, its the ones who put crap all over the place and never put it back in a nice manner. I hated it during holidays in the gas station.

Yes I know, when stores are flooded with a rush of rushing shoppers, distaster is left in the wake.

I wonder if Dana fixes this, though it sounds like it isn't one of her tasks.
