These are situations where one finds out who your real friends are.....
I agree with most of the others here.
No further 'statements' are necessary.
Simply remove/distance yourself from this one individual.
If you do run into her with the group, then simply be 'civil'.
Usually most any room or home or venue is big enough to allow some space.
What you don't want to do is to issue statements, or ultimatums, or participate in 'gossip'. (okay, I know the 'gossip' part is a bit harder.... but just bite your tongue.....) If statements are made and one gossips, then it will come down to lines being drawn, 'who's side is everyone on', etc... etc...
Just retreat and take the high road.
The chips will fall where they may....
