Based on character interaction and food quality which would you cancel for Breakfast

Tusker House
Ohana
Chef Mickey
Crystal Palace

Never do Ohana because I thought it had the lease appealing experience.

Tusker House, definitely. It's easily my favorite character meal. Actually, it's probably the only character meal I like at all. The buffet has much more variety than the super-popular "buffeterias" like Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park Fare, and I much prefer the atmosphere.

Same here! Lilo was sick that day so all we had was Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto. Just before Stitch got to our table, they started that parade thingy and when it was over I guess Stitch forgot where he was, because he completely skipped our section. When we all notified the waitress she said she'd send him back over. She did so, but you could tell he was irritated because he stopped for just a second at each table and walked away. My grand daughter tried to stand up to get her picture made with him and he literally wouldn't let her. He put his hands on her shoulders and refused to let her stand up even after we told him to. I then said we wanted a group picture with him and he shook his head no and walked away. We weren't doing autographs and just wanted a quick picture. Add to that the fact that we never got our waffles and our eggs came out stone cold. We waved our waitress over to send the skillet back and then she forgot about us. All we had for breakfast was the bread and fruit. When she brought our ticket we reminded her we never got our skillet and she admitted she'd forgotten about it. However, she still charged us for the whole meal, even though we never got eggs, bacon, or waffles (just one saucer of fruit and one small basket of bread to split between us). We left and round up going into the bakery at MK, since we were both still hungry. My grand daughter cried after the meal asking why Stitch didn't like her, why he hurt her by pushing down on her shoulders so hard when she tried to stand up, and why the waitress wouldn't bring us any food.

I picked CM; our last few meals there were so-so and missed some characters because we were at the buffett line (they stopped by so fast!).

I like Ohana's character interaction (the parade is fun) and the fact that it's served family style.

CP is a must do for us every trip.:thumbsup2 The character interaction is great, the puffed french toast is awesome, and the meal is in the park--perfect location to start touring!

We just tried Tusker House on our last trip and loved it. The characters were great and the parade was fun for the kids. Even though it was a buffett, the food choices were different than your usual Disney restaurants--a welcome change. Oh, and the juice was awesome; I think I had at least 10 glasses. I think this one of the few places where you can find Daisy Duck, one of my DD's special requests.

Tusker House.

Love CP and Ohana and despite CM getting plenty of poor reviews, you do get to meet all the Fab Five in one place and the food wasn't terrible either. I just feel there is less variety there.

We had great experiences at Ohana both times we have went. In fact, the kids loved it so mcuh that they have begged me to go there this trip too. Stitch was great, played with the kids, put syrup in their food, pretended to spill a drink on their heads, etc. Stole dd's doll and she chased him around the room to get it back. We also enjoyed the food, but the character interaction was wonderful. I certainly hope it has not changed because I know my kids are looking forward to Stitch's crazy antics!

I love the Tusker House breakfast. The food was excellent with plenty of variety. The character interaction was one of the best we've experienced. I just totally love the juice there. I think it is called Jamba Juice. Yummy!

Wow thats like, one of the worst experiences I've ever heard of!! I cant believe they actually charged you for the skillet, i wouldnt of paid it, i wouldve told a manager what happened and said I'm not paying this bill, simple as that.

Not sure what the problem is but last two years CM has had bad service and if all adults characters do not come to table and were paying to dine with characters:confused3 then there is the terrible food. watery eggs and bacon so thin can read thru it. we were so disappointed as had went there every trip for years and also for dinner and it is off our list as well.:sad2: we like Hollywood and Vine but Manny and friends there they boring to me but the food is great. also Tusker is very good any meal as well but characters only at breakfast.:cool1:

Loved Crystal Palace. Great food - not only every single thing you can think of for breakfast (hot and cold), plus some great extra things wouldn't normally find on a breakfast buffet. We went to get into MK early (we made reservation for before the park opened), but I was really, really happy with the food! Great character interaction as well.

I could see what one of the other posters was saying about CM. A few of the characters barely stopped by but we still enjoyed it. We both love CP but our last experience there (March 13th) was not very good. The lines were awful and the characters were slow getting to us and Tigger indicated he would come back when my husband returned (he was stuck in a line) but he never did. In the end, I think we only saw Piglet.

We have really enjoyed breakfast at Tusker House. Both food and character interaction were excellent.

We like Chef Mickey's for dinner. :goodvibes

We do alot of breakfasts in our room. Saves us time and money.

Out of the choices you listed I chose Chef Mickey. We LOVE Chef Mickey for breakfast! 1900 Park is also a GREAT breakfast restaurant with good food and great character interactions.

Our least favorite was CM's. The food quality wasn't the best and the characters were very slow in coming to our table and barely stayed long enough for a picture.

I'm sad to hear others didn't have a good experience with Ohana's because it has been our best experience thus far. We found the characters gave us excellent interaction and the food and service was awesome! While CP's characters took forever to get to our table (waited about an hour for Eeyore) we still loved it as the food was good and we are softies for Pooh characters! Tusker House was good but it was so loud it was hard to hear each other.

Thanks to everyone for your replies!!

I have narrowed it down now.....I'm keeping Crystal Palace and Tusker House for sure.

Now I need to figure out if I should get rid of Ohana or CM

My DS4 would pick Chef Mickey's. I picked Tusker House. The food there is better and the characters come around more quickly and seem to be less rushed. I just realized you asked which one to cancel, and I voted for which one I would eat at first. My bad. I hope others are not making that mistake or your poll will be too skewed.

It sounds like some people are getting confused and picking ones they like the best rather than the least.

I haven't tried Tusker House yet. And I've done Chef Mickey's for dinner, but we're trying it for the first time for breakfast this year. The only meal we really like at Crystal Palace is their breakfast. :)

'Ohana is my favorite character breakfast. I'm not a big fan of breakfast, but the food has always been good. And it's the one place that I really like the scrambled eggs. Generally, I'm not a big egg fan but these are good! We love that the food is family style rather than a buffet and we have always had excellent character interaction. We always book it for our departure day breakfast. Just a really nice way to say, "See ya real soon!" :lovestruc
