Is there an option for breakfast either at HRH, IOA, USF or Citywalk that doesnt send you into a sugar coma?

When we stayed at the HRH, we ate the breakfast buffet at (one of )the on-site resturants "The Kitchen" - they have a wonderful spread - everything from fresh fruit & yogurt to froot loops or custom omletes, french toast, sausage, bacon, biscuts & gravy - Wonderful!
you can also order of the menu if buffet is not your style.

Pastamore in Citywalk has a $6.99 express breakfast option. Never done it, but the picture shows eggs and bacon, and stuff like that.

it depends on what time you eat breakfast. the Beverly Hills Boulangerie has light pastries and San Francisco Pastry Co. has a great fruit plate.

Cheers guys, think we may go to the Kitchen, no rush to get in the parks as we will have fotl access!

:thumbsup2

Thanks for the thread! I am a diabetic myself, so all the sugar is out for me too! :teacher: :cheer2: :teacher:

The Ice Cream/Coffee shop next to the Kitchen at HRH has a nice variety of grab and go items you can eat for breakfast. I usually got cereal and/or yogurt. I am not into sugary breakfast items either.

The Boulangerie is run by the Cheesecake Factory and they had egg croissants which were much better than any fast food restaurant. I think they came with a slice of melon and a strawberry. Of course they also have awesome desserts  which is where we stopped before heading back to the hotel. I took a piece of key lime pie for a bedtime snack. YUMMY!!

Yup. Was yummy with lots of food. Great value that included a bunch of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatos, croissant and coffee!
