breakfast vs lunch - time question

What is the usual time that restaurants either switch from breakfast to lunch or, if not open for breakfast, begin to open for lunch? I'm wondering because there are a couple of days we'd like to eat lunch early to accommodate other plans.

It really depends on the restaurant, park, and time of year. You'll have to ask when you call. No one knows "for sure" except for the fine people at Disney. However, I do remember last May Tony's not opening until 12 noon for lunch.
