Breakfast Tip for Dining Plan

I wanted to share something that worked well for us on the dining plan. At the food court in the Pop (and I'm guessing elsewhere), we were told that counter service breakfast came with a drink and a dessert. The twist was that they let us count orange juice as "dessert" in the morning... so... we often got two breakfasts with four juices and shared that among the four of us for only two credits. Some of the breakfasts were huge (pancakes with bacon and potatoes, or "breakfast pizza") and were plenty of food for us in the early morning. That really stretched our counter service credits without wasting food or ordering desserts that we really didn't want or need.

You actually don't get dessert with breakfast on the regular plan, you get a beverage like juice AND another beverage, so I think you got what you were supposed to.

One counter service (quick service) meal (including entree/combo meal, dessert, one juice (breakfast only) and non-alcoholic beverage; dessert not available at breakfast)

We did the same thing... you get 2 drinks with the breakfast counter service credit. We had the refillable mugs and used those for coffee.. got breakfast with 2 large drinks - 1 juice, 1 soy milk. Used the soy milk for DS's cereal (brought from home).

The LARGE juices counted the same as small juices. So, get a large and share, save another large drink for later.

Could you get a Soy Milk and a bottled water (instead of juice)? Did Pop Century have Light Soy Milk or only Regular?
