What retaurants serve breakfast with cooked eggs, bacon, ect. No characters. Just a normal breakfast. The way people use snack credits for breakfast will not suit us nor will eating junk in the room. We do no sugar, flour, basically, no carbs. We'd just drag the rest of the day on all the carbs.
I was thinking GF Cafe?

Boma's a good choice, since you can eat all you want of the eggs and meats and skip the carbs.

Kona is kind of carb-heavy (tonga toast :cloud9: ) but they do have platters that include bacon and eggs and such things.

Also, the Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club has a decent breakfast, as does the Wave at the Contemporary (lovely omelets there). We sometimes go to Fresh in the Dolphin, although that is certainly not covered by any sort of dining credit so if you're on the plan you might not want to try that one.

The Whispering Canyon in the WIlderness Lodges also has breakfast, but if you're looking to avoid the noise of a character breakfast then this might not be an improvement.

Boma, Kona, GF Cafe, and the sit-down restaurant at the YC. The non-character breakfasts are quicker, cheaper, and less crowded, too!:goodvibes

Many of the resorts own counter service locations also do a hot breakfast, it's often a set plate or you can ask for other things if they are doing them like make your own omelettes. A great way of avoiding the long lines at the character locations and it's usually a quick way to grab a meal if that's what you need. They can also be a reasonable price too:thumbsup2

GF cafe is a nice breakfast as is the mentioned kona. trail's end buffet at FW is good. good luck!:yay:

As one of the PPs mentioned, there are a number of counter service restaurants that serve a full breakfast (not just pastries). I couldn't tell from your post if you were specifically looking for TS or CS.

I don't know where you are staying, but as an example, here's the breakfast menu from Port Orleans Riverside food court, which includes omelets and breakfast platters with eggs, etc....

Have a great trip!

Table Service Options:
The Wave (Contemporary)
Kona Cafe (Polynesian)
Grand Floridian Cafe
Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge)
Trail's End (Fort Wilderness - buffet)
Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom
Boma (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
Captain's Grille (Yacht Club)
Kouzzina (Boardwalk)
Olivia's (Old Key West)

The food courts at the Moderate and Value resorts all do breakfast platters as well, as do some counter service locations in each park.

We stayed at coronado springs. Their breakfast was awesome. There is a sitdown reastaraunt and a buffet reastaraunt. They were both very good. Hope this helps!

This will sound odd but TS but as a carry out (we do our work from the room to be able to vacation) if possible. I looked at all the buffet menus. Basically scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. Lots of waffles, pastries, potatoes. I hate to pay buffet prices for such a small selection. I can get that at a Hilton Garden Inn for free. We did eat at Maya a few years ago for breakfast but it was just your usual buffet. I should go on the Budget Board to let them know how to eat out of a hotel for 168 nights last year:rotfl:
I was looking for eggs made to order (like over easy) and some meat selections. How do you all keep from gaining weight eating all that sugar? I'm jealous:worship:
Thanks for your suggestions!
