We would really like DD to experience eating at the Castle with Cinderella at least once, but can not decide on which meal. I'm leaning towards lunch mainly because if we get up early it's to get to park opening, and I hate using the time in the morning to eat a big meal instead of taking advantage of the lower crowd levels. Suggestions, comments? TIA:thumbsup2

I am going to take my nieces to breakfast because I want to get into the park early and the girls are pretty picky eaters but love breakfast foods

You should probably go to www.allearsnet.com
click on Dining, and then Magic Kingdom.

The menu's and brief description are shown for each restaurant. Maybe something there will help you decide. I haven't been to either meal, but I thought that the characters don't circulate around the restaurant at lunch like they do at the breakfast? Maybe someone else knows this.

The characters are there for b-fast and lunch. Dinner is just the Fairy Godmother now I believe.
You can book a b-fast BEFORE park opening so you are already in the park when it opens. Of course that is probably the hardest time to get an ADR.
Good luck with whatever you decide!

We LOVE lunch there, do it once a year !

YES the characters all come around at lunch time :thumbsup2

I like that it is all the same stuff is happening as breakfast, but the children all seem alittle more relaxed at that point. We like the menu and having a big meal midday.

Agree, by time we go we have done lots of things already and ready for the sit time.

We just did CRT for the 1st time last Friday and my 6 year old daughter loved it! It was just the two of us and we got the table front in center looking out at FantasyLand. It was great. My DD is a very picky eater and she loved the grilled chicken (usually will never eat chicken without batter) and the pasta! I thought the food was pretty good and of course the photos and atmosphere made it all worthwhile to me.

PS I did not make our ADR's until about 30 days before our trip!
