Do you recommend any restaurants in DTD for breakfast or brunch OR should we lunch at Raglan Road (is it open for lunch on weekends?)

Raglan Road opens at 3pm.

Not really many options for breakfast/brunch in DTD.

House of Blues Sunday Brunch or Earl of Sandwhich
