is there enough time for everyone to eat breakfast before leaving the ship?

yes. if memory serves me, if you had an early seating time, then you have breakfast at 6:30. be sure to take your carry on luggage since once you leave your stateroom, you will not be allowed to return.

You have at least one hour to eat a sitdown breakfast on your last morning. It is either at 6:45 AM or 8 AM depending on your seating time for dinner. There is also a "light" buffet up at Topsiders/Beach Blanket. No room service on last morning.

There is a limited menu on the last morning, served in the last dining room of your rotation. Everyone has time to eat before getting off the ship. Unless you don't get out of bed in time for your scheduled breakfast. You take your carry-ons with you and leave the ship after dining. (And cry)

We couldn't do sitdown, as we had late dinner, and that would mean the 8am breakfast...BUT we wanted to check our luggage with the airline at the terminal, so we had to be off the ship by 8. *sigh* We went to the buffet, grabbed donuts and stuff, and brought it down to the kids in the cabin who were groggily waking up, and not terribly happy about it cause it meant they were leaving...

If you have 1st seating for dinner does that mean you CAN'T go to breakfast at 8 AM? There is no way I'll be ready to leave the cabin at 6:45 AM.

We had late seating but went to the early breakfast on the last day. In fact, our entire table of 12 did. Our server the night before was told by the early diners they would not be there for breakfast so our table would be available. Just ask your server and maybe they will know what the other seating guests will do. We had a great breakfast and walked off the ship at 8.

Sit down breakfast is at the assigned time. You eat at the same table in the same restaurant from the night before, with your same wait-staff. So therefore you go at your assigned time because late seating guests will be there at 8:00.

This is just for the last day, right?

we've eaten in the dining room and eaten at Topsiders/Beach Blanket the last morning. We'd rather go up to the deck because we are so depressed (honestly) and sit on the chairs by the pool just one more time, drink our coffee, and just dream about what we have just been through-noone in the entire family speaks.

I agree! We had breakfast at Topsiders that last morning, so we could sit outside. We didn't feel rushed or anything. And we did go to our scheduled restaurant to say goodbye to our servers.

we had late seating, so we could go at 8am for breakfast if we wanted to... we just ended up getting something lite at Topsiders, so that we could take our time and relax and we were still off the ship at 8:15 a.m.!!!

We were able to say good bye to our servers, Godwin & Feliz, at "the Last Dinner" as they were also leaving to go home for vacation, so they were not there the last morning, but they said other servers who were taking over for them would take good care of us if we were going to the sit down breakfast.

We actually never went to any of the restaurants for breakfast during our entire cruise. I was up at the crack of dawn and would get my tea and walk around decks 9 & 10... finally when my daughter stirred, we'd go to topsiders and pig out on their buffet, we ate outside most of the time enjoying the warm temperatures because we knew we were heading back to -3 degrees!!!! brrrrrr
