Breakfast on last day or dinner first night?

I have Tusker House reservations for Breakfast the last day we are at Disney. I have been debating on switching it to a dinner somewhere the first night we are at Disney or just keeping it and having a QS meal the first night.

I like doing something special on the last day for breakfast. I would keep the Tusker House ressie.

I do a counter service on my first day; EOS in DTD.

I save my TS for Olivia's at OKW. I take a cab over and then take the water taxi over to DTD, walk around, then have a few cocktails at SSR on the patio, then take the water taxi to POR and then the walk of shame to ME.

Lovely way to end a vacation.
