If one wanted to make solo breakfast ADRs what are the options?

That is to say, which locations in each of the four parks offer breakfast for those wishing to get into the park before official opening times?

MK: Cinderella's Royal Table (character meal with princesses)
Crystal Palace (character meal with pooh and friends)

Epcot: Akershus (princess character meal)

DHS: Hollywood n' Vine

AK: Tusker House (character meal with Mickey and friends)

I think that is all of them.
