I have asked few time on our stays at Santa Fe (March 13 and January 14) and everytime was told they dont have any at this moment but I could see people eating in Plaza Garden

Which hotel are you at? I think it is only worth doing if you are in Santa Fe or Cheyenne, otherwise it is a downgrade on the choice and quality of breakfast imo. although fab to do an hour of emh then have breakfast straight after in th park.

It's very, very, rare these days. I wouldn't plan on it but you might get lucky!

I was there first week in April, also asked, but they said they didn't have that at the moment and I should check everyday. I did, but none of 6 days we were lucky.

I was offered/ forced this at the Santa fe in March. I think it depends on hotel capicity on the availability. I. Took it but never used it, I never take breakfast anywhere!
