Breakfast:Crystal P, Kona, House of Blues Brunch?

I have never been to any of these restaurants and I am planning a Nov. vacation with my boyfriend who hasn't been to Disney since the Ninja Turtles were popular back in the 80's, so that being said I am trying to make this vacation be as enjoyable as possible. He is a huge food lover, especially breakfast food, me on the other hand am not a big breakfast eater but do enjoy a good meal. Now I love Disney World....(my fav place), he thinks I'm crazy and does not understand why I like Disney so much. I need to convert him on this trip and want to try and make the best decisions when it comes to the restaurants. Do you think these places are good choices for breakfast and if you have been any details would be awesome

Absolutely fabulous choices!

Keep in mind the House of Blues is actually a purchased ticket as it is a gospel brunch show.

All three are good ideas.

I would say Crystal Palace, and get an ADR for before the park opens, so you can walk down a nearly empty Main Street, and get some character interaction during your meal without waiting in those lines later in the parks.
HOB food was excellent for the Gospel Brunch when we tried it, but as PP said it is a show, and it's not everyone's cup of tea.
