Do they make eggs to order and or omlettes to order at the buffet?

Yes on omelette's. No made to order eggs, though. Just scrambled.

My mouth is watering. I can't wait to have my omlettes now! Just another thing to look forward to.

The omlette station is after you go through the buffet line and head towards the door. The first morning we ate at Topsiders I had my plate loaded before I noticed it. The next morning I planned ahead. Also look for the Mickey pancakes in the dessert section, not on the buffet.
