There isn't much for alternatives at PBH. We usually eat in the club lounge or the kids are fond of the Kitchen in HRH:

The Gelateria (piazza location) has juices, bagels, croissants, pastries, cold cereals, muffins and some fresh fruits. Yogurts and milk and many different flavored coffees. They make the best fresh squeezed OJ! They also had egg sandwiches.
Options are more plentiful at CW or the parks. We did have the buffet a few mornings at the trattoria and it was very good.
