Breakfast at Garden Grove or Fresh?

Hi, I'm staying in the Epcot Resort area and am looking for a nice breakfast for my last morning, which will be on a Saturday. It will be for myself, DH and DS aged 4.

I don't care too much about the characters as we have ADR's for a lot of character meals over the two weeks will be there. For those who have done both, which is better in terms of quality and selection?

While we have never eaten at Garden grove, We have eaten at Fresh and really enjoyed it!! They have a LOT of healthy options, and everything is, you guessed it "fresh"
