Depends on how early you're getting there.
If possible, I would recommend eating at your resort (if you're staying on-site). Most quick service places in the resorts (I've only stayed at deluxe resorts or the villas), such as Gasaparilla Grill at GF, Beach Club Marketplace at BCV/BC/YC, etc. a lot of wonderful choices from continental breakfast items (pastries, muffins) to hot breakfasts (hot breakfast platters with scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.)
We enjoyed WPE a couple trips ago. All three of us ordered the Belgian waffle and it was delish. I know a few people think WPE is overpriced on the Boards, particularly for bfast, but hey- it's Disney- what do you expect?
If Earl of Sandwich serves bfast, I would recommend trying it- especially if their breakfasts are as good as their lunches/dinners. Earl is amazing! I LOVE their sandwiches.
